My PDF files from Revit always have uneven lines and upon zooming in the lines get thicker and even more uneven. I wanted to know if there is any way I can get the lines crisper and especially be able to zoom into for the details without the lines thickening to a black blot.

PDF's are meant to be viewed at their printed scale, they are not a drawing. If you want larger views, then you should print on larger paper sizes.
Are you printing vector or raster?

I am printing in Vector. Strangely, the larger paper size produces the scewed drawings and the scale of the drawing is exactly the same too.
