So I am working on a job with about 20 sheets. When I do a batch plot its seems one or two of these sheets print twice, Once with a really light title block and once with a nice dark title block. I tried printing the sheet by itself and it still prints out the two versions of the sheet.
Revit Structure 2011 64bit
Any Ideas?

Make sure you deactivate all views prior to printing. Any active views will print twice.

It's not that open views always plot, the problem is that when you select a number of sheets in the print dialog the open view will be selected by default. Make sure it's not selected.
That's something to check, but I doubt that's the problem. I don't know what the problem is though, sorry.

I use PDF Creator, and do not have this problem. I am using 2012, 64 bit.
