I just discovered a major bug that will be a pain for me. I am using IDF's (Invisible detail family - type variable for each keynote) to host element keynotes that can be copied to multiple views. Window the view and copy multiple IDF's with keynotes and paste them in another view.
Done - right?
No ! The problem is that although the view looks right with all the keynote flags but then.... WAIT - There are no keynotes listed in my keynote legend. (By sheet)
It seems that Revit will not associate these keynotes with the sheet they are placed on. I have to delete them and re-keynote the IDF's.

On furthur investigation, this is an issue of keynote association with the sheet. These views had been already placed on the sheet and the kynotes would not show up in the legend. However, if you drag the view off the sheet from the browser and place it immediately on the sheet, the keynotes are associated with the sheet and they show up.
