I place some chairs and table but I cant seem to move it up or down. Seems it's stuck to the floor level.. Any ideas how to move it?

You can do that in several ways:
- Select the furniture then you have a "Pick New Host" button where you can select the level or a slab you want to move.
- Select the furniture then use the "Move" tool to move up and down like you want but don't forget, to uncheck "Constrain" and turn on "Disjoin"
