A theater is a building - not a Revit family. You have to get information elsewhere on theater design (Time Saver Standards was a very old book that covered this but much of that is probably invalid.). We can help with the building components and how to model your design once you figure it out.

i guess i misunderstood you eniak- and i think Hub got it right- "make a theater"..i'll tell you the way i make a house..
i start with a pencil and sketch the vision i have in my mind..
you can also do that with programs like SketchUP or 3Ds Max or even the massing
part of revit.. you can also just start building revit elements- except those elements
don't move around too quickly for observation like pencil and erasure..

Sketch eacch "floor" (seating tier) as a seperate floor with an offset off your main level. That could be up or down depending on the floor level you work from. In this case, I would think your floor level is the level with the doors and the tiers step down. You would add curved wall between these tiers. And you would add the stairs one at a time from tier to tier. Array your seating using a polar array.
