The architect has inserted a new floor on a building I'm working on.  All of my rooftop equipment is now showing up on the 4th floor.  I need to move all of my rooftop equipment up to the roof and all the 3rd floor ductwork to the 4th floor.  I thought I could just select everything in section view and move it up 14 feet, but Revit won't allow me.  Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

I think that you can select all the objects that you want to move, or a few at a time, then using the 'copy' and 'paste' buttone you will find that the 'paste' button has alternatives, one of which is 'Aligned to Selected Levels'.  By clicking this alternative you will get a dialogue open asking you to select the levels you wish to copy to.  If it works then you can delete the originals. Hope it works, us Architects like to help if we can.
