Hi RevitCity,
I'm using Revit Structure 2011. In the View Template settings dialog box, I no longer have a check box in the lower left that lets me apply a certain view template to all new views of its type.
What happened to it? It used to exist, I swear... but it mysteriously disappeared! See the attached image.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Having trouble attaching the image. But, ah, it only was a picture of the View Templates Settings dialog box with nothing in the lower left corner.

It's only there when you apply a view template to a view.

... But one problem still remains. For my "Elevations, Section, Detail Views" type, I have a view template that sets the scale at 1/4"=1'-0". I made sure that this template has "apply automatically to new views of same type" checked on. I also verified that the View Scale property has the "Include" check box engaged.
However, every time I cut a section, it defaults to a 1/8" scale. All the other properties of the view template apply just fine -- it's just this one.
Any tips?
