beams and joist.
I am just playing around with revit and trying to take in typical scenarios of everyday drafting.
Everyone knows how many times grid lines move.
Well, I have my gridlines, foundation slab, foundation walls, concrete colums, steel columns, beams and josits all laid out. The exterior face of wall is 1' off of the grid line. Now I want to move my grid ine 4'.
What is the easiest way to do this and have everything move/stretch along with it? I tried moving the grid line but the foundation items did not move. I thought once you put in dimesnions that all you had to do was change the dimension and everything would move with it (silly me), I can not change the dimension at all, except to just override it.
(Remember I am very knew to Revit)
