Hi there,

I'm working on a research project, where we have used Revit to build models that approximate building interiors from point clouds.

In order to plug this model into another algorithm we have internally, I need to be able to extract the vertices that define each surface, assuming each surface is a 2-dimensional plane. (For example a rectangular wall would be defined by 4 points in space with X, y, Z values.

I've been unable to find a good way to view these points, let alone export them, and I'm fairly new at modeling and Revit in general, so any assitance would be appreciated. I'm on Revit 2012
