Does anybody know how to connect this 2 kinds of walls, 1 basical vertical interior and 1 by a deformated exterior face?

I have joined the 2 walls, edit the profile of interior wall and picked the line from intersection , after, the joining is cancelled. (sorry for my english) is that the best way?
