Using Revit 2011. Bathroom floor plan. Vanity conuter families do not mask the wood floor finish.
Please advise. thanks

Please provide example, this can be done with a simple screen capture. Try Jing, it is what I use, and is free. I hope you are not using the detail tools but are really placing cabinets, and counter tops. Check your view setting should be hidden and not wireframe, next check your visual style button at the bottom and I like to have everything set to fine.

If your counter family is only 2D, or if the 3D elements in the family are turned off and there is no masking region, then the family will not hide a floor. Another possible problem is, how did you create your floor finish? Is it modeled?
