How do you create a section view once you have place the section cutting line in on the floor plan?

You created it! Click on the section cut and pick goto view.

Also, by creating your first section you will notice a "sections" sub-category under "Views" on your project browser. That will expand to list all of your sections, allow you to name them, make dependent duplicates, etc.
