Can anyone give me the benefits to using a dual monitor setup. My staff currently uses a single monitor and I have been asked if going to a dual monitor would help. I never have used this type of setup so any advise would help me out.
Thanks

We've been using dual monitors for about 6 months. Some people didn't like losing desktop realestate. Revit doesn't separate so you can't really have multiple windows open on multiple screens. Only the project browser seperates from Revit and that isn't much of a benefit. I usually surf through the files (in windows explorer) on the secondary monitor and I do my work on the primary monitor.
One benefit might be that if you do a lot of importing in Revit you can work on AutoCAD (or photoshop, etc.) in one monitor and Revit in the other so that you can coordinate changes a little more comfortably.
