Hello
What is the best proactice for Archiving Projects? For ease of access and storage?

All you need is a copy of the central file (s) ...all linked files, keynote file and any special material definitions. Of course you will have copies of any issued PDF's, DWF's etc.
We archive at the end of each phase.
