I am trying to create intelligent BOMA calcs using area plans. What I would like to do is create a schedule shows the total square footage for the building based on the area plans. After I have the total square feet I would like to divide that by the circulation area type. Where I'm confused is how I can create a formula that takes the total square feet and then divide it by a portion of that total. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry but Revit does not work like excell. You would have to do another area plan that is the whole project and use that.
