We are using section head with sheet reference, but the sheet references are outside the bubble head. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you are using the supplied section markers, then you must have really large sheet reference numbers. Mine work fine.

First of all, thank you for replying.
With reference sheet and sheet name S2.1.1 & S1.1.1, some time Arch required the last number start with 01 and so on,
now that would make S2.1.01. Also, I'm talking about reference from AND reference to on the bottom half of the bubble.
I try to attach the capture file but no luck

Those are very long sheet names and I'm sure there are simpler ways to do it. By the way, try Jing for captures very useful and free.

You should be able to adjust the width factor for your label. Is that an option or are you limited by company standards?

Unfortunate so, some agency requirement on text size and width. for autocadd we blank out some of the shaded section head area for reference or sheet text can be read clearly. Is it possible for revit to have more than one type of section cut? so I can blank some of the fill region for section head looking east, west and south. again I still not be able to attach a file,
Thank you for all your help.

why are you showing the section cut to be on two sheets?

cketros - Your only option is to make the section head bigger, doubt you would want to do that though. How is the Arch getting theirs to fit? I would just match whatever they are doing.

That's not how that works. That style of section marker is typically required on government projects.

mbsteve- that head is not "showing on two sheets". It is a cut on, shown on head.
I worked at a place where we used that 30 years ago..... I don't think it is worthwhile. You already know the sheet you are on where the item is cut so why show it - it is redundant? There is some merit of using something like this on the detail sheet but again there is the risk of being redundant. To solve that, some people don't show the "shown on" in the view title and only show the cut from.
cketos, How do you handle this in CAD? I suppose you pull the text out of the circle head somehow. You can't really do this in revit. And one of the most important powers of revit is this parametric sheet/view/call-out titling. Either you use a bigger head (bad option) or goto a rectangular head or better yet.... change your standards to something that works and uses this powerful Revit tool.

Thank you all for all the suggestions.
We have done with cadd by cutting out for text areas in the past with some agency requirement that date back far as 2000 and won't accept anything less. I were just prepare some thing might happen in the future with this agency, again with requirement of revit as base they may be soften alittle.
Again thank you,
