I have a revision schedule in my titleblock with 6 revisions. We now want only Revision 6 to show up in the drawings and the revision table. i was able to turn off the delta/clouds in the drawings for all but revision 6, but how do i turn them off in the table? thanks.

Use a filter in the schedule. You will have to edit your titleblock.

I went into the titleblock family and tried to modify the revision table, but there isn't a filter tab like in the usual schedules. I found in the "FORMAT" tab, a button called "CONDITIONAL FORMAT" in which I set it to "Revision #' equal to '6'. But it still isn't working. Am I missing where the "Filter" tab is?

I'm sorry, I gave you the wrong answer. If you only want one revision to show, then why not just modify your titleblock and not use the schedule?
Also, you can remove previous revsions completely and start your numbering from 6.

We are having, a similar issue. We use a temporary revision (ie: "Next Revison" xx/xx/xx) to add changes to the drawings on until we have a formal addendum or bulletin to issue. the problem we are having is that we are from time to time issueing single sheets that have "Next Revison xx/xx/xx" in the title block. It would be nice if the developers could either include a filter function for the revision schedule, or give the option to list or not list a revison in "sheet issue/ revision" box. The revison schedule is too nice of a feature to just overide, and it would be nice if we could have a little more control over how it list revisions.
** Just did some experiments, and found that I can change the sequence from Numeric to None for that specific revision, leave the revision name blank and the date blank. It shows up in the schedule as a blank line. This probably dosn't help the OP, but hopefully it will help anyone stumbling across the same issue

Try this....edit the titleblock and edit the revisions schedule. Sort by date, decending, and then adjust the height of the schedule so that it only shows the latest date or 2. That seems to be working out pretty well for us.
