How to I make revit calcualte the wall surface area within each of my rooms? I would like to schedule the wall surface area in a Room finish schedule. I've added the "Wall Area" into the fields, but it just shows empty on the schedule.
Help! Thanks a bunch!

Walls typically span more than one room in Revit. In addition, they have no room associated properties. So the answer is that you can't do this.

Ok thank you. I've noticed other posts talking about wall surface area schedules. Can I schedule the exterior surface area?

You can schedule the area of any wall or area of any material .... Just not associated with a room.
