Hi Everyone,

I am new to Revit and our office is using Revit 2009. One of our projects had been done by someone outside and there are linked drawings in the revit file. I need to edit something on the linked file. After editing and saving the cad drawings I went to the manage link and reload the file pointing to the new folder location but then there's a message saying "Some elements were lost during import. ActiveX and some proprietary components cannot be imported. Try exploding the file in Autocad or setting proxygraphics to 1." I did that but when I try reloading again same message appear and the revit file is not updated. I've been reading forum threads online but I can't find an answer. Attached is a screenshots of the message. I hope you guys could help me. Thanks!

dana

I tried it several times and I also made sure that the proxygraphics value is 1 but then when I tried reloading the linked cad drawing on the revit file I still get the same error. Please help!

Thank you,

Dana
