I have a split level school that so far I have not been able to get the view cut correct to show both building A and Building B at the same time as I need to show the whole building envelope in my plan.  I now have it showing both floor plans however Building B is missing doors and windows that exist in plan. Really don't want to crop two plans and place on sheet that way however only solution I have right now. Any suggestions?  I can attach should that help.

Your solution is to use a plan region that allows you to set different VP for an area.  Read about PLAN REGIONS in your HELP.

BTW, You can turn off the plan region lines in VG - Annotation tab settings.

Now I can't get a room name to show up when all others are showing.  It's telling me to check PR settings.  I have adjusted but with no luck.  Do not know how to find existing room names level too know what is working as they have shown up NP.
