If you are refering to callout number, they can be whatever you want as long as each is unique per sheet. Views are organized by a double reference, view number / sheet number. You can not have two N/A10 on the same sheet, even if they are in different rooms.
If you are referring to view name, each view has a unique name for sorting but the name on the sheet does not have to be unique. Look in your view properties and you will see both names listed. Revit defaults to the view name if the name on sheet is not filled in.

Thank you 2W's...I'm referring to callout number. I understand your reply, and thank you so much. There will be two or more N/A10 in the same sheet because we want our interior elevation room numbers shows in ordered to a sheet. example: on sheet A10 I need to show Room #401, 402,403 & 404 and each rooms has elevation N,S, W & E or 1,2,3 & 4. (see attached file)
How will you do that. Thanks.

Then you have to do that in the title, not the callout number.
Think about it! You tell someone to look at N/A10 and there are two or more n/A10's on a sheet. That seems to be a poor method of calling things out. Same thing on the plan - The callout says N/A10 ... well which one?
The callout has to be unique - the title can say whatever you want. I suggest the Title says Room 101 North Elevation and the callout is 4/A10.....and 3/A10 is Room 101 East Elevation etc....

There's only one view title for each four elevation views.
room numbers define the callouts on plan.
your suggestion is ??...How will you show elvation callouts in 2 different sheet no? i'm guessing that works in 2 or more separate int. elev callouts in 1 room?..really?
