looks like you used a hexagon not a circle

Considering you are running Photoshope, a few IE's, Dropbox, Macafee and Revit 2010 plus who knows what else...I am guessing that you may be a little low on virtual memory (Revit 2010 and PS are huge VM hogs) and it may be causing some graphic regen issues...if it changes when you select it may be due to a screen regen...

You can hit the Function5 key and see if it regens correctly.
