Is there a way to have have the views that appear in the procect browse under the sheets be arranged by their respective number on that sheet. I cannot seem to find the parameter. Is it available for this purpose?

I believe they are organized in the order they are placed on the sheets and I do not believe there is any way to change this.
BTW, I believe it is good practice to name your views in a manner you can quickly identify them. Remember, sheet view names can be different than view names. So instead of "ELEVATION A" in the browser, you might have "Room 115 east elevation" and still have "ELEVATION A" on the sheet. ( Our convention is that when browser view name doe not match sheet view name, we use upper/lower case. )
