It'd be very nice to have walls (any walls) not to cut thru columns.  I can't come up with a condition when any wall, even a bearing one, interferes with a column.

On a different topic.  Is it possible to include doors for CMU, Cast-in-place concrete and Precast concrete walls with original families pack?  They are very common and used a lot.

I assume that you're using revit architecture?

If you use architectural columns instead of structural columns, you'll find that the wall materials wrap the column instead of cutting through it.

Well, the scope of my project is relatively small and I am using structural columns vs. architectural.  Even with Architectural column I wouldn't necessarily want a wall to wrap around my column.  The column furring should be optional or even a separate element.  Example: your have nice concrete columns and you want to preserve their natural look.  There are some non-rated gyp. bd. partitions filling the space between some of them.  I don't want any of my drywall material to go around the column, but to butt against it.
