You need to edit the profile in that "GLASS PANEL" with the shape like in your image, then you can apply the mullions.

I can change the shape of the panels easy but still do not understand how to make the irregular mullion. They appear to be a pretty rigid animal to me.

You really can't do this with the normal CW mullion.  Instead, create an in-place family here.

Sorry, WW is right, you will need to create that with "In-Place" family.

you can rotate the grid line for a mull, then select add and subtract segments to make the dog leg, but it does not look as pretty as the image you show

but grids can be rotated, for a better result I would agree with Hub

What I failed to notice is that it is a global rotate for all horizontal mulls...  but I have done something like this in the past (at least I think I have)  hmmm.  Either way Hub has the best solution.

I remember what I did, I broke the profile up into many CWs to achieve the look I was after.  and it still didn't look too smooth as I remember it, so just rendered it from a distance.

Thx folks, it seems too complex for me at the moment.

Pele

It's not complex, if you know how to do a sweep you can do a dogleg mull, just use a mull profile for your sweep profile.

Use the face of your glaze as your work plane and adjust the offset of the mull as needed, if needed.
