I am using a sweep as a cap along the parapet. There are some walls that have an angled top and the sweep doesn't run along the angle, it stays with the reference plane. Is there a way I can get the sweeps to run on the angle, or is there another method to put on parapet caps?

Don't use a wall sweep. I would do an in-place sweep.
