I have exported a sheet view to .dwg(AutoCAD2000) and have been trying to open it in AutoCAD2009.

Every time it crashes and gives me a message "AutoCAD Application has stopped working" with the following details:

there is nothing in the file. the problem must be with the xref.

Thanks for your post. I just opened it up in a different computer and it opened. It might have been a Window Vista problem.
