Is there a (better) way to create pdf's than selecting them one-by-one?

I am using cute pdf and can create one sheet ok. When I select multiple sheets it asks me in a pop-up window for the file name, then the next window pops up before I can name the first one, etc.

I know cute pdf is not made for revit. Is there anything out there besides Acrobat pro that works?

Thanks a lot.

We use cute and it works fine.

With cute, you can combine PDF's in one file, otherwise the pop-up's do happen but they will be one behind the other.

Mr Spot has a manager program available:  http://www.cadway.com.au/

You should be able to preset the output location and disable the preview option.

We use Acrobat Pro and once you specify the output location in the Adobe driver and disable the preview we are able to print the PDF file(s) however we want and just let it run in the background...never get prompted for a file save location (name) or see a preview.

We also do this in Adobe Standard.

mpsteve, I tried out PDF creator and it creates the batch perfectly. Is there a way to have it automatically name the sheets the same way they are named in Revit instead of the numbers?

Thanks.
