Hey guys I get my eaves to work fine but when I do extend to core so the roof is correct in section they look like this. Anyone no why? or more important how to fix it? Thanks.

either your roof footprint lines have offset values, or you've used "pick wall" for the footprint placement, which can mess you up. try drawing the footprint, instead of picking walls, and you'll find it's easier to manage.

I did use pick walls so that in section the roof is pitching off the correct point ( the stud wall )
using the pick line tool i get this in my section
