In AUTOCAD we used the polyline (dashed) function to indicate the boundary on the site plan, when using Revit is there a similar command where you can create a very thick line, ive tried the detail wide line but it is far to thin for what i need, any help be much appreciated,
Thanks in advance

look under settings- line style - create a new line, call it prop line ( or whatever) then give it a high number (thickness) then it will be available to use as a line.

?? Why aren't you using actual properties lines for the boundaries?
To have the thick line just change the property line object style.
