Site components attempt to follow the topo to the best of there ability. You would need a fence made of short segments and then place it around your site appropriately. Railings are not suitable for this unless they are flat segments...

I am a new user and I wanted to install boundary fences and couldn't find any help here. So, I created a fence as a railing and then created 50mm wide and 150mm deep concrete ramps (if seen in renders, just looks like shadow or edging kerb) around boundaries that followed the contours of the topography. Then attached railings (fence that I had created), you will need to delete railing from 1 side.
Helpful tip is make sure you completely finish your existing and proposed topo surface first or you will have to go back and alter ramps.
