Is this possible to slope metal deck in revit?
All steel framing members in model are sloped. metal deck is not sloping with steel members.

Yes, you can tell the roof system to attach to the framing members and it will inherit the slope.
You can also modify sub elements and slope it how you desired or you can use slope arrows or slope the sketch lines...lots of options.

Can you please explain in detail where is that option is. Intially i specified one top of steel elevation for entire roof and then i change offset for individual columns and beams where i want low elevation. Now i am adding metal deck on top of it but it shows at top steel elevation and didn't varies with steel beams. As you said i have to specify to attach roof systems i didn't found that.

It is on the "SHAPE EDITING" Panel on the contextual tab you get when you select an existing flor / roof system.
See the attached image.

So instead of editing this post and trying again I will just ask the moderators, why are my images not attaching to my posts?
I have had this issue in the past.
