I'm taking the Revit certification test next week and to prepare I found an unofficial practice exam online from a 3rd party resource. I just want to confirm one question with the Revit community:
To divide a floor or wall into parts, you can use the following (select all that apply):
A. Lines
B. Levels
C. Grids
D. Circles
E. Arcs
The answer they are looking for is A,B,C & D. I disagree though, using arcs in sketching a division is no problem right? I would just select them all.

How would you divide a floor or wall in parts using Grids or Levels?

use Intersecting Reference command. Once you hit that, a list of all your grids and levels appears and anywhere they intersect with your component, a division cut will be made.

did you ever confirm this as being correct with them? Last thing i want is to take a test and the test itself is wrong...
also, care you share the source of the unofficial practice exam? thanks!

I wrote the exam last week and this didn't come up. It was fairly easy, anyone with significant experience shouldn't have a problem.

don't be suprised if the test itself is wrong, I did a cert at AU and one of the questions had a solution that did not match any of the answers. Not really a big deal though, the certification doesn't really mean much and is extremely easy.

There's also a book to practice for the exam at www.revitexamtrainer.com. Has 450 questions, and has been very helpful.
