After I issue a set of drawings to the contractor, I may need to revise/re-issue some of my interior elevations and put them on a smaller sheet with a smaller border (otherwise known as an SKA). I usually Duplicate the Interior Elevation View - including detailing, and then drag it to an SKA sheet. Now, this creates two elevation tags in the same place on my Floor plan, one on top of the other. They usually make each other illegible, because the 2nd tag displays a different sheet #.
After multiple SKA's issued at breakneck speed, my floor plan is now illegible. Is there a way to Isolate all of the SKA views, and shut them off quickly. Right now I am using a filter (filter views by Sheet # contains "SK"). But, can't I just put all of the SKA stuff in a seperate workset?

I believe you will find (as you already have) that your process will get you in real trouble. It is a CAD thought process. Take a look at this thread, it will solve your problems:> http://www.revitcity.com/forums.php?action=viewthread&thread_id=20858&start=15
