Hi Guys,
Im creating a flat timber roof and want to give it a slope of about 3 degrees, we normally install a sproket above square flat roof deck which gives it the slope, i am having troubles however trying to illustrate this in revit. The timber sprocket is 38mm wide x 5m long and on one end is 50mm high and on the other end its basically 1mm so it tapers from 50mm to pritty much nothing.
I hope i have explained myself correctly and would appreciate your help.
Thanks
Ricky

Not quite sure of the terminology of "sproket", believe here in the US it would be considered a cricket. This could be accomplished by creating a secondary floor, with a flexible thickness below the plywood then this secondary floor can be adjusted to slope as needed.

I would not use a floor. My cricket is a face base family, roof category that is parametric so I can adjust its size.
