I know this may be user preference and practice. But, does anyone have any tips on grabbing viewport titles to move them without movie the viewport itself. Thanks!

Learn to use your tab key to select the correct element .... in this case, just the view title.

you have to select the title, first. If you select the view instead, then you can only edit the info in the title. if you "esc esc" back to just the sheet, then you can drag around the titles.

Another thing you are going to run into next is how to drag the line of the view title to change its length. I struggled with this for a long time. In this case, which is a bit counter-intuitive, you have to click the view, and THEN a grip shows up on the line that you can drag.
