I need a railing that will match or attach its self to the topo.

AFAIK you can't do that, what's the purpose? maybe there is another way...

I'll bet you are trying to make a fence...
I think the best way to do it is still to array a panel.

well yea i want a fence but i want the fence to be a a railing cause i want it to match. need a 5' fence for the pool but it needs to match all the hand railings.
