Hey guys does anyone know if you can move these windows outside of revit? as I have 3 monitors I would like to utilize them all if possible. Thanks.

Question doesn't make sense.  If you mean can you use dual monitors in Revit, the answer is yeas.

Well, you can stretch the revit window across all monitors... if that's what you mean.   But the individual views cannot leave the program, and hover over the desktop, for example.  You'll then have to stretch and postition each window to fill a screen..  I think it's invaluable to have more than one view open at once, though.   Particularly eary on, having a section-boxed 3D view active while drafting in plan.  Catch a lot of mistakes that way. 

 

Here's a pic of how I organize my drafting.  I -really- like how I position my Properties and Project Browser, but nobody else in my office sees the light.  they're always scrolling madly through both boxes looking for views or properties because they stack them in one column.

Exactly what I do I had one on each side on the screen. I will try that stretch it across 2 monitors. I just like to see the 3D build. Helps me see if I do something wrong. Same thing at my office they sit there scrolling through drives me nuts, but what can you do.. Thanks for your help Matt ( I think ) much appreciated.
