Good morning:
We are converting over to Revit going forward from CAD Arch Desktop 2011. I cut a cross section through an overhead door on plan and I need it to look like our Cad dwg. See attached.
The overhead door in our library does not show tracks or mounting brackets in the section. Should I build this as a family, create detail lines for the section or is there a 2009 door similar that I can use.
Cheers

I revised our family to show what we wanted in section views using 2D symbollice lines and turned off model elements. My family does have the tracks modeled.

Thank you. I went ahead and created a new overhead door family with all the tracks and housing.
