Hello,
I am studying Architecture and soon I need to present my final project. I have faced several problems - maybe they are not so complicated to solve but I just didn't manage to find the solution.
Firstly, for making the suroundings I used the conceptional mass and to be more specific in place mass. The problem is that when I render the picture or even in the 3D I see my surrounding buildings transperant.
Secondly, how can I place text or board on the facade. I mean I need to have the name of the company there and I just don't know how to make it.
And I have one more question. I haven't reached this point, yet, but just in case to ask. When I make renderings of the interior should I place lamps or so or I just need to adjust the rendering options with artificial light. And if I need to have lamps from where can I get them?
Sorry for the stupid quistions and thanks in advamce for the answers

You really need to read the tutorials and your HELP menu, they are your best friend in this case.
"Firstly, for making the suroundings I used the conceptional mass and to be more specific in place mass." - What do you mean by "suroundings"? maybe "SITE"??? don't do that with MASS, you have a tool for that, check "Site" in your help menu.
"Secondly, how can I place text or board on the facade" - Check (HELP) for "MODEL TEXT"
"When I make renderings of the interior should I place lamps or so or I just need to adjust the rendering options with artificial light." - Depend, if you want an interior render ONLY with artificial lights you will need to put some kind of lamp (of course), IF you want to create an interior render ONLY with sun, you don't need to put any lamps BUT don't forget to turn ON the "DAYLIGHTS" check in your help too.
