Hi,
I'm an architecture student from Australia and just started using Revit. Can someone please give me tips on how to create a bearers and joist layout. Do I have to draw the beams individually, create a famliy or just draw them in 2D as they are just for a section. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated??
Thanks

Check out the structural beam function for joists & rafters. Load in your prefered structuural beams, set your plane & you'll be away (help files are useful too)
