Hey there,
I found and downloaded a curtain someone had made, but it's not editable, so I need to learn how to do it myself. Can anyone give me some tips as to how to create a fabric curtain (like the one in the attachment) - I want it to have the same/similar shape, gathered in the middle and am not sure how to do this....
Any help appreciated!
Thanks
PS Not letting me add an attachment will try again soon....Edited on: Tue, Jun 21, 2011 at 5:24:00 PM

I used the Solid - Blend tool, set a plane where you want the gather to be, create the top section on the gather plane & bottom section at floor level using some spline lines, set material properties & then mirror to get the top half. Add some materials, repeat to create the pelmets if required.

I had only created that curtain just for you CRB14, but funnily enough it has just been required in a project I'm working on - serendipity strikes again!
