Not quite sure what it is that you are trying to do. Probably have to go to GIMP, which is a free graphics program similar to Photoshop. You can put a background view for your rendering haven't done that but it is possible I'm told.

I've gotta say I'm confused--if your 3D view is aligned with an elevation elevation, how is it different from a regular elevation? is it a camera view, with perspective? If not, i would suggest using an elevation so that you can annotate, and us 2D elements over the view.

Thanks!
Yes, you are Wright, for the moment I solve the problem using the Design Review:
I attach two JPG:
01-Problem
02-Solution
I think that Revit must have the Alternative to make the "region mask" in the Sheet....
Working with the Desing Review was Easy, but, now I have an "extra" file....

Usually I work with the "elevation" an de 2d Anotattion
The issue in this case is that "glass" must be "transparent" and with shadow over it.
So I use the 3d view and "orient" it, to the west elevation.

Well, here's my suggestion then. Put two views on your cover sheet. One being your 3D view, the other being a drafting view. You can then activate your drafting view, and draw lines/regions over the top of your 3d view. Pin your views in place so they can't move.
Pic attached.
