Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to Revit and this one is doing my head in. I've designed my roof and offset it from the baseline of Level 1 2400mm. It looks great and is in the right spot on the 3D views but because it sits above the cut plane it can't be seen in plan view. I need to be able to see the roof lines in plan view. How do I do this?

Create a roof plan view and set the cut plane as you need.

i'm quessing its overhead rooflines that you want, this is not possible automaticaly,
draw your overhead lines in the roofplan view and then copy them to the level below.

to show the roof lines on a plan view,
in the plan view, go to properties , look for underlay, set to level above. your roof lines will show up.
