Could you please tell how to export an A3 Size sheet set to DWG or JPEG or any other suitable file format and take a Print to scale in A3 sheet. I want to do this because most of the printing centers don't have REVIT software to take Printouts, they have only AutoCAD mostly 2008 version. I have tried Exporting it to AutoCAD but the imported file has become like a drawing done in a CAD program and has lost all its image colors and became simple layer type which I don't want. I hope that you understood the problem that i am facing. Please try to reply ASAP cause i Have to take the printouts by June 5th.Kindly,Jayjk__90@hotmail.com

Set up your views for the larger sheet and print it from Revit. No big deal.
No more than a few minutes work.

Either print it yourself like WWHub said, or print to PDF. There are several good free and paid PDF printers that work well with Revit. Search Google or this forum.

Well, do you have a titleblock? Your titleblock is a family, and it would have to have the same outer dimensions of an A3 piece of paper. Well... it sure helps.
I imagine you're trying to print -views- and this would be your problem: You views scales are either too large or too small to fit on your page well.
This is where a titleblock will help you -- it's a visible representation of the paper... and if your views don't fit on your sheets, you'll have to, say, bump your scale down from 3/32" to 1/16".
So. If the borders of you titleblock are the same size as the sheet of paper, it makes it really easy for revit to fit the extents of the view/sheet onto the piece of paper, nicely centered.

I use PDF Creator, it is free and can also create other file formats. You need to do as its has said and create your own titleblock then drop the various views on it.

cutepdf and pdf995 also good
Foxit pdf reader gives option to print to set scale eg 50% for A1 to A3 and also easily set to greyscale in the print options window.
Adobe pdf viewer prints fit to page so scales to 49% rather than 50% for A1 to A3 printing.
PDF995edit and cutepdf edit allow combining or splitting pdfs.

Hey Thanks a lot guys for the reply...So far I place all my Plans sections views in A3 size sheet Title Block in 1:200 scale. Now If I convert it so PDF and then print it out to an A3 size sheet from that will the printouts be to Scale? And how do I export it to PDF ?And just to clarify I dont have a printer so I have to take prints form a printing center and they dont have Revit, They only have AutoCAD...

Install PDF Creator, cutepdf or pdf995 on your computer.
You will have a new printer for all your software.
In revit print the sheet .
Select the printer "cutepdf" or pdf995" or pdfcreator"
The output will be a pdf file not a printed page.
Give the pdf file to the print shop.

Rakesh, yes.
When you print to PDF, print at 100% scale. your PDF will be A3 sized. The same size you have drawn your titleblock.
Then, when you print your PDF to paper, say, something like... choose paper size by source PDF... that's not verbatim, but close. Or just select A3 manually, make sure zoom is set to 100%, and it should be easy.
