Sorry, I searched for this but maybe I'm just not wording it correctly. I need the finishes of this wall the sheathing and the siding to be more to the outside where the header would align with the actual exterior face of the wall. I tried playing with the wall's location line but it's not changing anything and I'm unsure of how to go about it. Any tips would be appreciated.

two options of why is this happening:
1) the wall priority is below the floor, so the floor extends to the border. Changing the priority might solve this.
2) the wall and the floor has the same priority (and you need it that way) so you have to draw the floor near to the core of the walls.

When you create the floor you need to align it's edge with the exterior stud line. This you can modify very simply. By editing the floor. I'm not quite sure what I am looking at looks like you have a double floor in there the upper wall is just barely visible. I would run the lower wall to the upper floor line. The program will ask you if you want to cut the wall out, if you answer yes then the program will cut out the wall portion to the stud line. Otherwise you can create a small wall that is only the exterior surface and draw it over the exterior of the floor. In the cases below I used a simple hatch to represent the wall surface for elevations and such and then a hatch region for the detail component of the siding.
