I have a site plan that is to big to fit on a A3 sheet (i don't won't to A2 or A1 sheets) that's not the problem, the problem is i have a set-back dimension and ever time i use a crop region and pull it over the dim. it disappears!! anyway of getting it to stay???

This was a change to revit they made in version 5 or 6 which really annoyed me, you used to be able to have dimensions outside of the crop region, now you can't.
You'll need to extend the crop region so it displays and use a white filled region to hide the unwanted information...
