Refering to the Title view for sheets and other section/elevation tegs
Is the only way to edit the size of title text and adjustement to "find" the famil yfile in the metric library maze?
i think its very strange that REVIT allows you to open the chair and plumbing and other families files from withing the project, but most (or ALL??) annotation families need to be searched to be edited
Please correct me 'masters' if you think otherwise

The view title family is in your project browser under the annotation category. Your other annotation families including section and elevation are there as well.

yeah
i pretty much knew this- but to edit the elemnts you need to find the file that builds this component
*and even more irritating is the file that forms the section arros coponnents- that is made up of more files..
irritating!!
no matter
i am used to this

No, the file is in your project just like other families. Simply right click on the listing in the browser and choose edit family. Yo can do this with any family listed in the browser, no need to find it in your library.
Same with the nested files.
BTW ... If any family in yor tmplate is pathed to your library, when you edit the family by pickiong it in the project, it knows where it should be saved if you choose to do so. Of course, don't forget to correct your template if this is an item you want to keep current in the template.

We have different view title types with and without nort arrows and obviously, we have 4 arrow types. Some people just add an annotaion arrow to their sheet rather than including it in the view title.
