So far so good, however occasionally in my HVAC plan when I try to attach a duct to a diffuser I get this message
There was not enough room to place the required fittings. Consider increasing the length of the segments, or moving them farther apart to generate a solution.
I can't seem to find an answer. i have attached a file of a current example. I have more than enough length for my duct line. Any help would be appreciated

I think what is in question here is the distance that the duct you are placing is above the register, so that a comfortable turn can be made down to the register. This often happens to me in low headroom situations so I make a special fitting to make the connection.
