Hi, I'm trying to create a pile schedule with Pile Numbers and co-ordinates for all piles in our project.
I have the extensions for Revit and and excitech tool kit. I'm using Revit Structure 2011.
I used the element positioning extension to generate tags for the piles but it only tagged the caps not the individual piles. Do I need to use seperate piles and caps when creating the model? I just used the pile caps with piles in the library out of the box.
Make sense?
Cheers
Adam.

Yeah I did have a quick look through the forums but nothing seemed to answer my specific question with regards to separating the piles from the caps. The answer to which is No. It's just a case of making the right parameters shared through the nested families.
I now have another question though, is it possible to add a pile cut off parameter? I'd quite like one in the pile schedule/table... any guidance on creating something like that?
Cheers.
